🔮 Polymarket is Doubling Down on Substack
Just over a year ago, we launched The Oracle by Polymarket on Substack.
The thesis was simple: data produced on our exchange has value for everyone on earth, especially for news readers who might never make a single trade.
The goal was to introduce the world to the colorful characters who trade on prediction markets, understand how the best forecasters think, and inject their ideas into the global news slipstream.
This is why it was obvious to partner with the world’s home of independent journalism, Substack.
So far, we’ve explored this from a number of angles:
In our first issue on the Biden dropout, we saw how markets metabolized each new headline.
In the Seychelles, we saw how Polymarket was able to correctly call an election in a country with no formal polling.
In our interview series, we learn how top forecasters (human and machine) think about the world. From seeing through flawed polls, to quant modeling on Fed behavior.
And we’ve done deep dives into Polymarket’s 94.1%+ accuracy track record, and busted myths about political bias in prediction markets.
Today, we’re announcing that:
