Lying in a sworn affidavit is perjury subject to a year in prison and $10K fine. Yet, not one person has been prosecuted for lying under oath in an affidavit for saying they believe the election of 2020 was fraudulently conducted. 10K people lied under oath and not one was prosecuted? Seems pretty malfeasant on the part of those who prosecuted Giuliani for saying the exact same thing.
But then, to prosecute them for lying under oath would require that the courts review the evidence of cheating be introduced at trial. And that is something that could never be tolerated. And so, those who swore to have witnessed fraud were simply left alone to sit silently, un-prosecuted, for what was called "an obstruction of an election' when going after the big names that said as much.

How did you miss Nate Silver, maybe the most prominent analyst of all? His view was that a swing state sweep was very likely, as results are correlated, and that a Trump sweep was considerably more likely than a Harris sweep.
Silver didn’t call the states individually. He gave Harris a 50.1% change to win as the ultimate hedge and said 20% chance for Trump to win the battleground states.
You’re asking this guy for election predictions but completely elide the fact that he says the 2020 election was stolen? He is completely wrong about a giant election issue. Seems relevant
