Not to forget that 10,000+ affidavits, sworn to by numerous professional people (doctors, lawyers, teachers, police, firemen, etc) who were election observers, testified that they witnessed activity that could be deemed fraudulent, requiring investigation (but no investigations were conducted based on that information).
Lying in a sworn affidavit is perjury subject to a year in prison and $10K fine. Yet, not one person has been prosecuted for lying under oath in an affidavit for saying they believe the election of 2020 was fraudulently conducted. 10K people lied under oath and not one was prosecuted? Seems pretty malfeasant on the part of those who prosecuted Giuliani for saying the exact same thing.
But then, to prosecute them for lying under oath would require that the courts review the evidence of cheating be introduced at trial. And that is something that could never be tolerated. And so, those who swore to have witnessed fraud were simply left alone to sit silently, un-prosecuted, for what was called "an obstruction of an election' when going after the big names that said as much.
Perjury requires lying under oath, not people being mistaken or suspecting something. There were numerous investigations:
โข Dozens of state investigations
โข Audits
โข Recounts
โข Hand recounts
โข Court hearings
โข A full Arizona audit
โข Georgia recount (multiple times)
โข Federal DOJ review
Giuliani said widespread fraud was fact, Repeated specific false claims (e.g., about voting machines), did it as a licensed attorney, and kept saying it after evidence showed those claims were false.
I did noticed that you offered no plausible refutation to justify your position. Just a silly, tiresome whine. Having raised several two year olds, it's become familiar and recognizable.
Youโre asking this guy for election predictions but completely elide the fact that he says the 2020 election was stolen? He is completely wrong about a giant election issue. Seems relevant
"Keshelโs work had been cited by Trump in his efforts to challenge the 2020 results"- you're calling that a disclaimer in an entire article about accuracy in elections? Come on dude. This dude's whole career is touring around the country spreading disproven conspiracy theories:
Did you miss the part where Iโve been saying the 2020 election was rigged for 5 years and I still called all 56 races for electoral votes right in 2024 with the NYT waiting for me to fail?
Maybe go back to the last Oracle interview with me and look at all the snickering and chuckling there. Howโd that turn out?

Seth Keshel I don't really get your point? You're wildly wrong about 2020 but called races accurately in 2024. Okay? You're still wrong?
Wrong according to whom? The government and the media and the politicians that changed all the rules and the courts that tossed all the challenges on standing?
Lmao yes wrong according to all those entities. Trump controls all three branches of government, if there was a single piece of evidence I think weโd know! Feel free to share the mindblowing proof here.
But thank you for saying what the article didnโt- your career is spreading wackadoodle conspiracy theories about an election that was settled and verified 5 years ago , which is important context for anyone looking at your insights for the next one
My view is that Trump sees a midterm win as crucial for his legacy, so we will see a big effort. The DOJ will go after individual Democrats for various crimes: ActBlue money laundering, Medicare fraud, daycare fraud, and more. I suspect Ilhan Omar is in their sights. Heโll make Democrats the party of welfare fraud and force them to defend the indefensible. Plus Musk is putting money into the effort, and election security will be tighter, one way or the other. I know the odds are 5:1 against the GOP keeping the House, but Iโm betting on it.
This guy writes like he understands the ecosystem but is terribly misinformed. Just take his comments on the MI gov race, Whitmer is term-limited and canโt run again and he says itโs because itโs a surefire sign sheโs running in โ28. Not to mention heโs an election denier.
This is an interesting take and I commend the efforts of anyone who can be so thorough on a state by state basis. I do think Captain K overemphasizes voter registrations and underestimates the number of Republicans who will stay home due to tariffs and disfunction. Also not much here re young people who will likely turn out more than before and the huge turnaround in party support in that demographic which is based on disillusionment with foreign policy and inflation. Based on this I'd be willing to bet Captain K that if Platner wins the primary in Maine, Collins is a goner. lmk if you'd like to set up some type of organized wager or discuss this!
โKeshel was the only elections analyst Iโm aware of to call Trumpโs sweep of every swing stateโ
How did you miss Nate Silver, maybe the most prominent analyst of all? His view was that a swing state sweep was very likely, as results are correlated, and that a Trump sweep was considerably more likely than a Harris sweep.
Silver didnโt call the states individually. He gave Harris a 50.1% change to win as the ultimate hedge and said 20% chance for Trump to win the battleground states.
Sorry AB the proof is coming out about the election in 2020. Georgia has admitted it!

For your benefit, you might read the novel [1984].

Enough for you?

The best way to avoid facing reality is to mock those who present it to you. Old school tantrums are, well, old.

"his work has been cited" is a willful understatement

The executive controls the legislative and judicial branches?
Dumbass.
Iโm done arguing with you. Get back to your nothing following.

I'm in Michigan, I wouldn't vote for James for Govenor Aric Nesbit is my choice. I just pray also that Mike Rogers also gets the vote for senator.
